Returns

We are currently updating our return processing center. In the meantime, please follow the instructions below:

In order to return any items purchases through our website, please email support@spart-x.com. In your email, please provide the email used when you purchased your order, the 4 digit order number listed on your shipping label, as well as the products you wish to return. (The order number is on the right hand side of the label as "Order: XXXX").

Once we receive and process your return request, we will email you the return label to the email provided. Please place all items you wish to return back into the original packaging, tape the bag closed, and tape the return label over the original shipping label. 

Once complete, please drop off at the shipping carrier listed on the label. (e.g. United State Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
